Domains, inboxes and warmup, done for you.

Sellbird runs the infrastructure cold email needs: secondary domains, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 inboxes, warmup, DNS records and a send schedule that spreads volume across inboxes inside safe limits. Your agent can ask for more capacity; you approve anything that costs money.

Warm, healthy, under the cap. Each inbox tracked on its own.

Warmup progress, sent today against the inbox's cap and a health score for every mailbox. When bounces climb, sending pauses before it hurts the rest.

How many cold emails can one inbox send a day?

Fewer than most people expect. Sellbird keeps every inbox well under the volume providers flag, ramps new inboxes up during warmup and spreads your daily volume across several inboxes and domains.

How long does warmup take?

Usually two to four weeks for a new inbox, depending on the provider and its history. Warmup is included for inboxes Sellbird runs. No warmup can guarantee inbox placement.

Do I need a separate domain for cold email?

We recommend one. A secondary sending domain keeps your main domain’s reputation out of it. Sellbird can buy one for you at cost, and only with your approval.

Which email providers are supported?

Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. Connect your organisation once with a short admin step, then add new inboxes or bring the ones you have.

What happens if my DNS is wrong?

Sellbird checks SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MX for every sending domain and shows what to fix. On supported DNS providers it can fix the records for you once you approve the change.

Send from inboxes that are ready.

Request early access. Start with the inboxes you have and add warm ones when you are ready.
